A producer of 100% grass-fed, beyond organic beef since 2006. Our grass/alfalfa pastures are watered from mountain snowmelt from Silver Jack reservoir on our 7,000 ft elevation ranch. This means water isn’t first passing through farms that use pesticides and herbicides, which are prevalent in this valley.
The quality of our pastures produces a beef that is excellently flavored, full of omega 3s and cancer-fighting CLA’s, without being “gamey”.
Our cattle never receive antibiotics and are never finished on corn. Feed your family health-promoting meat without having to worry about what country it has been sourced from.
We accept orders for quarter, half, or whole beef, available in fall or early winter.
